Let me start out by saying that these rankings are obviously very opinion based. It is from a lot of CTA experience that I have gained the knowledge on where I believe each player should be placed. Who I am to judge? Well, I am a decent player who has been around a long time. If you feel that you are too low on the list then I advise you to step your game up, and continue to improve. So here are the rankings.
Thanks to my good friend Messenger for allowing me to use his intro. What a beaut.
Just for knowledge, the way the players are listed in the Tier are their spots in the Tier.

Tier 1 AKA The CTA Kings
The players who give you the closest chance at an automatic win
1. Tobias
He is in my opinion the best player in this game currently. He’s a good teammate not necessarily due to strategy but because he can put teams on his back with his fragging ability. He is the best pure shooter in the game currently. He’s unmatched in nearly every aspect of this game. If Tobias is in a CTA, it’s foolish if he isn’t the first player off the board no matter whom else is in the game.

2. Benevolence
Benevolence finds his spot in tier 1 because he wins. He wins nonstop. Right now he’s hanging around 70% for the quarter. Benevolences lag is unmatched. He may not be the best player, but he’s damn good considering he’s pinging 300 and it’s just as hard for him to hit you as it is for you to hit him. Take that into consideration next time you watch him take a 1v3. Pick him first in a CTA game, especially one that involves close combat and switches. BFD/Hectic/GoodCompany are solid “Bene” maps. He’s argubaly the best president to have in an Assassin style map. Many ARCers scoffed at me placing Benevolence in the top tier last month saying he doesn't belong. Bene is proving the haters wrong. Previously he was sitting at 70% through 73 games. He's now at 68% through 105. He's legit people.

3. Yoshi
You might as well start referring to Yoshi as Mr. Tebow. All he does is win. He closed out the 4th Quarter of 2013 with a 70% win ratio for CTA matches. Currently for 2014 he’s hanging round 60% which is more expected. 70% is such a pace that is unsustainable. He can be annoying at times because he’s good and he talks smack. He backs up up though. Pick him 1st. You won’t regret it. Bene loses his spot to Yoshi in Tier 1 this month. Simply because Bene's sample size is larger. He's played well over a larger sample size.

Tier 2 AKA The CTA Queens (No that’s not derogatory, stop being immature)
Players that are almost Tier 1 but need to have a good month to knock one of the “CTA KINGS” our of their top 3 spots

1. Drue
Sorry Drue, you belong in Tier 1 but it's going to take a collapse for Bene or Yoshi to lose their spot at this point in time.

2. Akma
Akma is a fantastic overall player. He doesn’t win as much as the Tier 1 players though so I can’t slot him in that group right now. I also feel Akma tends to give up when his team is down 2-0 early and start to play for for his ratios. He’s a gifted player. His fragging ability is outstanding and his intelligence is almost unmatched.

3. Tengo
Tengo got active and dominant out of no where. He’s a very intelligent player and knows what to do to win games. He’s an elite fragger and a great team player. He doesn’t hesistate to do the little things and get his nose dirty. Tengo tries to win every game he plays. He’s a solid 1st pick if you lose the toss and your opponent grabs a Yoshi/Tobias/Drue/etc.. I believe Tengo still flies under the radar even though he's a Tier 2 player in my eyes.

4. Laernu
A great player that rarely messes up. He’s a good combination of lag/skill. A hell of a fragger. Kills everything in site. Deadly 1v1. He’s a safe 2nd pick for your team and sometimes will even outplay the top players. Congratulations on your promotion to a new tier this month, Lauren. You deserve it. Keep it up and who knows?

5. Perfect Flame
PF was primed to make a run at Tier 1. He started to get active at the beginning of the month and at times looked like the best player in the game. He’s a fantastic player when he shakes the rust and is on his game. Like I said last month, if he puts together a good month, he could find himself in the first tier. PF needs to get active or he's going to fall unranked next month.

Tier 3 AKA The CTA Knights
Players with potential to win you rounds/games with their play. Very rarely have an off game.

1. Clouds
Clouds doesn’t get enough love right now. Where he lacks in some areas he makes up with his EXCELLENT fragging ability. Currently I think he’s one of the best fraggers you can select. Hell, sometimes he’s too good of a fragger and he can vulch a tad. Once he gets a bit better with knowing when to kill and not, he’s going to be a top tier player. Clouds is one of the most active players on the game right now and it's showing in the progression of his skill. I agree with others when they say short-term he's got the most potential on this game. Keep up the good work CloudS.

2. Endo
I think Endo might have taken notice of last months rankings and the little tidbit I wrote about him as far as focusing on his game and not nitpicking his teammates. I haven't seen much of the latter over the month and it seems like his play has gotten better because of it. He's arguably been one of the better players lately. Keep up the good work. This is just Endosgame and we are all playing in it right now.

3. EeKuM
Numbers don't lie. Currently I have the 2nd highest rank on the CTA board (behind #1 in the game and #1 player on my rankings, Tobiashi). I also hold the highest Win% for the current season @ 71% though 42 games. The sample size isn't huge but I think it's large enough to place myself there. My stats aren't eyepopping right now because I've taken a back seat on them and have been completely focused on doing whatever needs to be done to get a W.
Maybe it's biasness, but I feel I could be even higher on this list, but it feels unfair to knock down anyone above me.

4. Cyro
If you are looking for good stats, look elsewhere. Fiya rarely has more kills than deaths or a positive damage ratio. He wins though. He’s currently sitting at 61% (only down 1% from last month) this quarter. Fiya does all the little things right and does what he can do to help teammates out. For example he will be one hit smoking in Stronghold or Hectic and will unload his specials into the corner to help his teammate with positioning. Fiya knows how to win and tries his best to win. He's consistently been one of the better 2nd-3rd picks that you can get in a game. If you get Fiya after that, consider it a gift.

5. Dip
Dip is going to hate me for listing him so high. With this placement comes greater expectations. He can carry that load though. Dip is a good player and I think he udnerestimates himself a bit and enjoys flying under the Radar. You're on blast now though Dip, make me proud. Pick him for his lag and defense and you can't go wrong. Trust me, you don't want to go against that expecially in a tight game.

Tier 4 AKA The CTA Princes
These are your comfortable picks. Don’t expect them to be the best player on your team BUT they can be. They won’t fuck up and cost you games. They are steady players you should always feel good about having them on your team.

1. Big Daddy
After a shocking start to the month where BigDaddy was top 5 in Win% he expectedly has fallen a bit. He still had a great month and has proven as long as he's active he's here to stay at the top half of these rankings. He's a gifted fragger and due to his experience he knows what to do in every situation. Keep it up BigDaddy and you'll continue rising.

2. Loki
Loki is typically a player that jokingly underrates himself with comments of “pick me last.” Loki is a steady solid player. An extemely safe early pick. Don’t hesitate over the “I’m drunk and I can’t see the screen” comments. Loki had an off month so I had to drop him below BigDaddy. I think Loki was legitimately drunk most of the times he claimed he was this month.

3. ArcSlayer - New
I think AS might have taken offense to me leaving him unlisted last month. Damn has he been good lately. ArcSlayer typically doesn't have the top stats in games but he's a great role player. He's sitting @ nearly 60% win this quarter for a reason.

4. Cartman - New
Cartman has come back this month from being pretty inactive and has instantly claimed his spot towards the top of the rankings. He's a 60% win player that does whatever he can at the expense of stats which is why they aren't glamorous. He is a decent fragger and he has some goofy lag just like Dip. He's great to have on those clutch rush the switch situational maps like BaitOrSwitch/Gamme. He's probably the most active ref right now and for that he's not only an asset to your team when you pick him but he's a major asset to this game. He's a cool dude as well. Thanks from everyone, Cartman.

5. Insomniac
Insomniac has bit of a fall from grace over the last month. I feel partially responsible for that. He was having such a great quarter that it felt necessary to rank him so high. Expectedly he regressed to his normal play. He's still an asset to your team though.

Tier 5 AKA The CTA Squires
Steady mid round picks. Good contributors.

1. Lugz
SPARKINATED. TOPDD. Lugz only cares about two things. Doing the most damage (which is a good thing but he tends to die far more than he should) and winning. He will rush endlessly. If this was Starcraft, Lugz would Zerg rush you every single game even though you know it’s coming, he doesn’t care. He will pick up a flag to move it a cunt hair. He does whatever he believes will help his team win. If Lugz were a bit more patient he could be a much better player but his team play could suffer tremendously. He’s picked on teams because he’s expected to rush switches and flags endlessly so you don’t have to.

2. Stunna
Stunna is still progressing but he hasn't progressed at the rate he has in previous months. He's hit sort of a wall so to speak. He's still learning though so bumps are expected. He's still a better team player rather than individual player. He can help your team more than hurt it.

3. Sean - New
Sean looks to be back from inactivity now and his connection is better. He still lags a bit but he's an experienced player.

4. Zizel
An above average fragger. He’s extremely patient, almost to the point where it’s an annoyance and can actually harm your team. He's a bit of a wildcard because he can troll in game from time to time. A risky pick for sure, but when he wants to be he is a very smart and good player.

5. Assailant
Assailant is just there. You tend not to notice him in games because he doesn’t take them over. It’s not a bad thing though because he’s not losing games for you either. He’s a good fragger and an asset in maps like Smear.

Tier 6 AKA The Jokers
Unpredictable players. Can be good players but are also prone to below average games. These are still your mid-late round picks.

1. Muahaha
Patty has quietly (in some ways.. obviously she herself is never quiet) had a pretty good month. I've seen some improvement from her. She's an asset to have in some maps but not so much in others. I've noticed she plays well in Smear/BaitOrSwitch

2. 20LbGenitals
Much like Patty, spends more time typing than shooting. He’s a valuable role player AKA a tier 5 when he’s on his game.

3. Fudorm
Like him or not, Fudorm is a good player in terms of stats. He doesn't offer much in terms of team play but he will likely win most of his 1v1s and that will help out your team.

4. Proplayer
Proplayer is a great offensive player/defensive player. Just based on his abilities alone he could on the top half of this list. I think PP spends a little too much time hitting F1 and than F2 (if you catch my drift) to be a solid contributor to a team.

5. Masta
Masta can have great games. He can also be nonexistent is others. If he can find a groove, he can easily move up a tier or two.

6. Heavensgates
Tier 1 pick for Money-Regen. He’s arguably the best Money-Regen player in this game. He's also no slouch in Hectic. He's a good defensive player when he has to focus on certain tasks. In some maps he just gets overwhelmed when there is too much going on. *May suffer from ADHD* Just kidding, we all know you are mentally handicapped. But congratulations on being listed this month, HG.

7. Obama
A Koth specialist. He really doesn't play as well as he does there in any other maps. It's mind boggling.

Players are usually bottom level picks or are just inactive at the moment. If you are in this portion, get your shit together because you can easily start to move up.

Shootme (Monsterjerjer)
Nuts – Inactive but I’ve seen him a bit lately.
HybridX – If Hybrid puts down his other games and starts to play, he jumps up to the top half of this list.
bertrada – A tier 2+ player. Haven’t seen him in quite a bit though. If he gets active he will take his spot back instantly.
Astrok - Went from Tier 2 to unranked. He didn't play a single game in Feb. If he gets active, look for him to get a Tier 3 spot back instantly.
Hunter - Only played 3 games in Feb and they were in the first few days. Unranked for now due to inactivity.
Faur - Banned - - Will be removed from the list completely next month.
Fr33k - - Inactive at the moment. 1 game player in the last month and half.
Ranvis - - Inactive
Night - - Inactive
Oroshi - - Inactive
RZB - Inactive
Lightning - Inactive
Dario - Inactive - - Anytime he gets active he will join Tier 3 instantly.
Parrotman - Didn't meet the minimum GP requirement of 22 games in the last 30 days. He can get his spot back when he gets more active.
rofl @ Faur - Banned - - Will be removed from the list completely next month.
Love the effort. Pretty extensive write up. Regardless of whether people agree or not, it's a good incentive for players to try harder to get their rank up before next month.

Keep it up
im not even unranked fuck you

Castiel in the last 30 days you have a -12 WPA added. Meaning a team you are are instantly 12% less likely to win, simply because you are on the team.

To even list you as an unranked would be an insult to players like Norml and Potdawg whom you claim to be better than but aren't in terms of team production.
Quote:but aren't in terms of team production.

news flash idiots, no one cares about your individual stats! you look like a tool keeping a 1.5 DR when your team is losing.

We call this the Jay Cutler syndrome
