After a few days of trying things out, I've replaced the draft sheet rating system with an ELO-based one (specifically the Glicko variant). I had a long post typed out but I lost it, so here are the bullet points:

- Wins, losses, and games played are the only stats that matter.
- Win games and your rating will gain points; lose games and it will lose points.
- The amount of points depends on the ratings of your teammates and opponents, and amount of games played (players with lower GP will have larger point swings so their ratings can adjust quicker).
- Ratings update every hour on the hour.
- All players lose 2 ratings points per day; this adjustment is done once per day.
- The rating floor is 500. There is no rating ceiling.
- The current ratings were derived by starting with the ratings from two weeks ago and running all CTA games from the past two weeks through the rating system.
- Each "Left Game" deducts 50 points from the player's rating
